Where We Ship
We ship within the United States.
Same-Day Dispatch
Order by 1 PM Eastern on a business day and your order ships the same day, including engraved orders. Orders placed after 1 PM Eastern, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day.
Every product we sell is in stock in our own facility in Richmond, Virginia, and all engraving is done in-house by our own team. That is what makes same-day dispatch possible.
Shipping Speeds and Delivery Dates
We offer a range of shipping speeds, from free economy shipping to next-day air. Your options, exact costs, and the delivery date for each speed are shown at checkout, before you pay.
Engraved Orders
Engraving is included in same-day dispatch. We review every name, date, and message before it is engraved. If a detail looks unclear, we contact you to confirm before we engrave; when that happens, dispatch pauses and your promised delivery date resets from the time you confirm.
Tracking
Every order is fully tracked from the moment it leaves our facility, so you always know where it is.
The On-Time Promise
If your order doesn't arrive by the delivery date promised at checkout, contact us. We will refund your entire order in full, and you keep the product. That's how confident we are.
The promise applies to every shipping speed, including free economy shipping, and to engraved orders. The promised date is the delivery date shown at checkout, based on the 1 PM Eastern business-day cutoff and the shipping speed you choose.
The promise has two exceptions:
- Delivery failures caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Carrier delays caused by events outside anyone's control, such as severe weather or natural disasters.
Nothing else is excluded.
