• Will my order arrive in time for the service?

  Order by 1 PM Eastern on a business day and it ships the same day, engraving included. You choose your shipping speed at checkout, from free economy to next-day air, and you see the delivery date before you pay. That date is backed by our On-Time Promise: if it arrives late, we refund your entire order in full and you keep it.

• What size do I need?

  The general guide is one cubic inch of capacity per pound of healthy body weight, and every product page lists exact capacity and dimensions. Our sizing guide goes into more detail. If you are unsure, or a cemetery or columbarium has specific requirements, contact our team and we will confirm the right choice before you order.

• What can be engraved?

  Most memorials can be engraved with names, dates, a message, or an emblem. Options deepen with the product: necklaces take text, keepsake urns take text or symbols, and full-size urns take text, symbols, and custom images. Flag cases take branch logos, images, and text, and photo crystals are personalized with the person's photo laser-etched inside. All engraving is done in-house by our own team in Virginia, and it is included in same-day dispatch.

• What if the engraving is wrong?

  Engraving is done by our own team, and we review every order before it is engraved. If a detail looks unclear, like how a date should read, we check with you before we engrave. In the rare case something isn't right, we make it right with an urgent replacement or a complete refund.

• Can I return it if the family chooses differently?

  Yes. You can return an unused item in its original condition and packaging anytime, even years from now. Engraved items cannot be returned unless we made an error or the product has a defect, in which case we offer either an urgent replacement or a complete refund. • Is the quality actually good at these prices?

  Yes. One of the things families mention most in their reviews is the quality for the price. We keep prices honest at every level because we sell directly and everything is in stock in our own facility: no funeral-home markup, no anonymous middleman. • How will I know when my order ships?

  Order by 1 PM Eastern on a business day and it ships the same day. Your order is fully tracked from the moment it leaves our workshop, so you always know where it is.

• What if it arrives damaged?

  Contact us and we will make it right with an urgent replacement or a complete refund. Our packaging is built to protect your memorial in transit, and a real person inspects and approves every order before it ships. If anything is wrong when it arrives, we take care of it.

• Can the ashes be shared among the family?

  Yes, many families do. Keepsake urns hold a small portion of the ashes, and cremation jewelry holds a small, personal amount kept close. And items that hold no ashes, like photo crystals and wind chimes, mean any family member can have something of the person.

• Do you offer a discount for veterans and service members?

  Yes. With our thanks for their service, use code SERVICE at checkout for $20 toward their memorial. It applies to any order that includes a product honoring a veteran or service member, and can be used once per customer.

• Does the funeral home have to accept an urn I provide?

  Yes. Under the FTC Funeral Rule, funeral homes must accept an urn you provide, cannot charge a handling fee for it, and cannot require you to buy one from them.

• Do you ship outside the United States?

  No. We ship within the US only.
