The Plain Terms

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Personalized engraved items can't be returned, unless the error or defect is ours. If we ever make an error, we make it right with an urgent replacement or a complete refund.

Return shipping is paid by you, unless the return is due to our error or a defect.

How a Return Works

Contact our US-based team By phone or email, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern. We will walk you through the return.
Send the item back Unused, in its original condition and packaging.
Your refund is processed Once we receive and inspect your return, we process the refund within 2 business days. It can then appear within a few days, but depending on the bank may take 5-10 business days.
