Order was not complete

The package arrived and it only had the large urn and the 4 small urns. I called to infom them and was told that they will send the other item on rush delivery but wasnt. When I call back 8 days later they acted like they didnt know what I was talking about.

I love these necklaces. Perfect fit for my son's brothers and friends. He was an avid outdoors men and would've loved this for himself.
And I've had alot of comments on the urn as well.
