- The urn must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging to be eligible for return.
- Personalized or custom-engraved urns are non-refundable, unless there is an error on our part or a defect.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or fulfillment error.

Damaged or Defective Items:
- If your urn arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue.
- Failure to report damage within this timeframe may affect eligibility for a replacement or refund.
- We will replace the item at no additional cost, ensuring you receive a perfect tribute for your loved one.

Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of a defective or incorrect order.
