    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or fulfillment error.
  • Damaged or Defective Items:
    • If your urn arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue.
    • Failure to report damage within this timeframe may affect eligibility for a replacement or refund.
    • We will replace the item at no additional cost, ensuring you receive a perfect tribute for your loved one.
  • Refund Process:
    • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
