How do the ashes go inside?
Your necklace arrives with its filling kit: a funnel, a fill rod, and a screwdriver. A small amount of the ashes goes through the funnel into the chamber, and the screw seals it closed. It takes a few quiet minutes, and there is no wrong way to do it.
Many describe it as a quiet moment of reflection and remembrance, just for the two of you.

How much of the ashes does it need?
Only a small portion. The chamber is intentionally small, so almost all of the ashes remain in the urn.

Could the ashes ever fall out?
No. A small screw seals the chamber shut, sitting flush against the pendant, so nothing ever shifts and nothing falls out. It is the same seal Claire has worn every day for months.
