• Is every third necklace really free?

  Yes, and it works however many you order: three necklaces and you pay for two, six and you pay for four, nine and you pay for six. The discount applies itself at checkout, so there is no code to enter and nothing to claim.

• Can I choose a different design for each person?

  Yes, mix any designs you like; the deal counts necklaces, not matching sets. And if anyone would rather have a different design later, unused necklaces can be exchanged or returned with no time limit.

• Are these only for women?

  Not at all. These necklaces are worn by people of all genders, and with the range of designs, there is an option to suit everyone.

• How do the ashes go inside?

  Every necklace arrives with its filling kit: a funnel, a fill rod, and a screwdriver. A small amount of the ashes goes through the funnel into the chamber, and the screw seals it closed. It takes a few quiet minutes, and there is no wrong way to do it.

  Many families do it together, each filling their own. It often becomes a quiet moment of reflection and remembrance.

• How much of the ashes does it need?

  Only a small portion. The chamber is intentionally small, so almost all of the ashes remain in the urn. And there is more than enough for every necklace in your family’s order, however many you choose.

• Could the ashes ever fall out?

  No. A small screw seals the chamber shut, sitting flush against the pendant, so nothing ever shifts and nothing falls out. It is the same seal Claire has worn every day for months, as she shares in her video above.

• Will it arrive in time?

  Order by 1 PM Eastern on a business day and, with next-day air selected at checkout, it can be with you as soon as the next day.

• Can it be worn every day, even in the shower?

• What are the necklaces made of?

  No. From the outside it looks like any beautiful necklace, and no one can tell unless you choose to tell them. What it holds stays between you and them.

• What if I change my mind after it arrives?

  That is completely fine. Unused necklaces can be returned anytime, even years from now. And if you would rather swap to a different design, exchanges work the same way.
